• The portions are tumbled with the seasoning solution. The seasoned portions are blanched in frying oil and passed through a continuous cook oven where they are cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).

• Cook from frozen • Deep fry wings at 350°F (177°C) for 4 ½ minutes • Conventional oven at 425°F (218°C). Reheat the wings for 23 – 25 minutes, turning halfway • Combi oven bake at 400°F (204°C). Reheat the wings for 15 – 17 minutes, turning halfway
