• Deep Fryer (cook from frozen): Deep fry to 375F (190C) for 8 – 10 mins or until the minimum internal temperature reaches 74C(165F). • Oven: Preheat oven to 220C (430F). Spread raw, frozen wings evenly onto a baking sheet. Bake on middle oven rack for 40 – 50 minutes or until wings reach an internal temperature of 74C (165F). Turn only once halfway through cooking. Finished product should not have any redness at the bone. • Note: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are for guidelines only.
