• All products should be stored at 0°C (-18°F) until they’re going to be used. Proper cooler temperature is between 2°C to 3°C (36°F to 38°F). Products should never be stored upside down or on their sides. • Products have a 365-days-from-production-date shelf life when kept frozen and shrink wrapped, and a 3-5 day shelf life when thawed and refrigerated.
• Should always be handled delicately. Should remain in its stored temperature or cooler temperature (see storage and usage) if not being served to preserve quality and freshness.
• Each loaf case is 15.5″ x 9″ x 4″ (LxWxH) in dimension.
• Very moist, pre-cut into 19 slices.
• From sunrise to sunset, the WOW! Lemon Poppyseed loaf is perfect for serving at coffee shops, banquet halls, hotels, healthcare facilities and so on. Pre-cut slices are plentiful enough to cut in half and serve.
• To defrost, thaw product in refrigerator overnight. • Slices are already cut, just keep the bread bag sealed whenever the product is not being retrieved from it.
