weekday and weekend slots so you never have to wait around for your groceries.

2. Fresh Food Delivery:
For all fresh and perishable goods, we strongly recommend that someone be
present to receive the order at the time of delivery. This ensures your groceries
are handled immediately and stored under proper hygienic conditions,
significantly reducing any risk of contamination or spoilage.
3. Please note that TWISH CART is not responsible for any loss or damage to
products incurred after delivery has been completed, including instances where
no one was available to receive the order in person.
4. Real–Time Tracking:
Stay in the loop! Get real–time updates on your order status, from the moment
we pack your cart to the minute it arrives at your door.
5. Eco–Friendly, Local First:
We prioritize local suppliers and use efficient routes to shrink our carbon
footprint and support your community.
6. Hassle–Free Drop–Off:
Not home? No problem! Just let us know your preferred drop–off instructions,
and we’ll make sure your groceries are delivered safely and securely.

We offer 3 delivery options:
• Home/Door Delivery
Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered directly to your doorstep.
Logistics & Fees: A delivery fee applies, calculated based on your order quantity
and delivery distance. We ensure prompt, secure, and contactless delivery for
your peace of mind.
• Pickup Point Delivery
Collect your order from a designated TWISH CART pickup location.
• Logistics & Fees: Pickup at our strategic partner locations is often free, making it
a cost–effective choice. If you select an alternative pickup point outside our
partner network, a nominal fee may apply. You’ll be notified of any fees at
checkout.
• Warehouse Pickup
Prefer to come to us? You can pick up your order directly at our warehouse.
Logistics & Fees: Warehouse pickup is always free of charge. This option is ideal
for those who want flexibility and immediate access to their orders.
Delivery Fees:
• Delivery fees are calculated based on your group’s pooled order size—so the
more your community shops together, the less you pay.
• Enjoy FREE delivery on all group orders over $99!

TWISH CART Refund Policy
At TWISH CART, we believe shopping together means sharing not only savings, but
peace of mind. That’s why our Refund Policy is clear, fair, and focused on your
satisfaction.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
• The non–perishable items you received are damaged, defective, or expired upon
delivery.
• You received the wrong items, or your order is incomplete.
• Your order was cancelled before it was processed by our suppliers.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you encounter any issue with your order, simply contact us within 24 hours of
delivery at contact@twishcart.com or via your account dashboard. Please include your
order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
3. What Happens Next
• Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
• If your request meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll offer you the choice of a full
refund, store credit, or replacement (depending on product availability).
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original
method of payment.

4. Non–Refundable Situations
Please note, we are unable to provide refunds for:
• Orders where issues are reported after 24 hours of delivery.
• ALL perishable items received
• Non–perishable items that have been used, opened, or improperly stored.
• Price differences due to future promotions or discounts.
5. Special Considerations
Because TWISH CART operates on a collaborative group–buying model, certain refund
requests may require us to coordinate with other participants in your cart–pool. We will
always keep you informed and work to resolve your case fairly and transparently.
