• The non-perishable items you received are damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery.

• You received the wrong items, or your order is incomplete.

• Your order was cancelled before it was processed by our suppliers.

If you encounter any issue with your order, simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@twishcart.com or via your account dashboard. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

3. What Happens Next

• Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

• If your request meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll offer you the choice of a full refund, store credit, or replacement (depending on product availability).

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original method of payment.

4. Non-Refundable

Situations Please note, we are unable to provide refunds for:

• Orders where issues are reported after 24 hours of delivery.

• ALL perishable items received

• Non-perishable items that have been used, opened, or improperly stored.

• Price differences due to future promotions or discounts.

5. Special Considerations

Because TWISH CART operates on a collaborative group-buying model, certain refund requests may require us to coordinate with other participants in your cart-pool. We will always keep you informed and work to resolve your case fairly and transparently.
