5. How much does it cost to use TwishCart?

There are no subscription or membership fees. You only pay for your groceries and a

small service or delivery fee (if applicable), which is always shown before checkout.

6. What kind of products can I buy on TwishCart?

We offer a wide range of groceries: fresh produce, dairy, bakery, pantry staples, frozen

foods, beverages, snacks, and specialty items
mostly sourced from local suppliers and
popular Canadian brands.

7. How is delivery handled?
 
Deliveries are managed through trusted thirdparty logistics partners and local
contractors. You can choose home delivery or a convenient neighborhood pick
up point.
All perishable items are transported in insulated bags to maintain freshness and safety

8. Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes. You have to
purchase a minimum of 25$ for your order to be processed. Each Cart
Pool has a minimum total amount to unlock wholesale pricing
usually easy to reach
when pooling with 2
4 households. There’s no minimum for individual orders if a pool
has already been formed.

9. How do payments work? Is my information secure?

Payments are made securely online via credit card or Interac e
Transfer. Your payment
and personal data are protected with bank
level encryption and never shared with third

Yes! You’ll receive updates via email or SMS about your order status, estimated delivery
